Peanut and Almond Gluten Free Breading


  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 TB garlic powder, onion powder
  • 1/2 TB parsley flakes, oregano flakes

Note: Feel free to add any spices, such as 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp tikka masala or anything else you wish. If  you’re allergic to peanuts/almonds, this can be replaced with any type of nut/legume as long as the 1:1 ratio is kept.


  • Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until uniform breading is achieved.
  • Store in airtight glass containers, or any sealable container as you can store this mix indefinitely.

Note: This is a great recipe for any of your breading needs. It works great from anything like tofu nuggets, banh mi sandwichescauliflower general tso, eggplant parmesan, and much, much more.
